International shipping:

The shipping cost will be borne by the customer and may vary depending on the country and location of destination.
The final shipping cost will be calculated according to the rates set by the courier company at the time of ordering.
Once the order has been dispatched, the corresponding information for tracking the shipment will be provided.

Returns
Return policy
Each piece is conceived as a unique work of art, the result of a creative and artisanal process. For this reason, we invite you to carefully read the product information before making your purchase.
Unique pieces and custom orders:
Due to the artistic and personalized nature of the works, returns and refunds are not accepted once the order has been confirmed and shipped.
Works with manufacturing defects or damage in transit:
In the exceptional case that the item has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during transport, the customer must notify within 48 hours of receipt, attaching clear photographic evidence of the condition of the product and its packaging.
Each case will be evaluated carefully and fairly, and a solution will be offered according to the situation, which may include repair of the part, a replacement (if possible) or an alternative agreed between both parties.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event that an exchange is authorized due to a verified defect, logistics will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
